Do you need help researching a place, person or theme? Perhaps you want to tease out a personal story, or flesh out the archaeology with historical context, or vice versa? I am at home in the archive and the field, and can combine historical and archaeological research to produce reports, articles, or cheat sheets for personal, corporate or media use. I spent 18 months as secret squirrel researcher for a podcast and its accompanying book.

My academic specialism is the landscape, social and animal history of hunting and wild things, and I am able to translate academic work into digestible language for non-specialists.
